For more than 20 years, Express Stucco has delivered commercial and residential stucco, EIFS, concrete and stone veneer. We are subcontractors base in central Florida and we bring decades of hands on trade experience to every wall, slab, and repair we complete.
We apply stucco finishes to new residential construction, working directly alongside general contractors from framing to final coat. Our crews follow the project spec closely, so builders get clean, consistent results that pass inspection the first time.
From office buildings to retail centers, we install stucco systems on new commercial construction as a licensed subcontractor. We follow any project specifications required, keeping your build on schedule and up to code.
We repair cracked, damaged, or water compromised stucco, including removing and replacing rotted wood underneath before resealing the wall. Every repair is waterproofed and finished with fresh coats of stucco and paint so it blends seamlessly with the rest of your home.

We remove the rotted wood, install new wood in its place, seal and waterproof the area, then apply multiple coats of stucco and paint to match the rest of the wall.
We’re headquartered in Kissimmee and serve Central Florida coast to coast, from Tampa to Melbourne.
Yes. We follow any project specifications required, so general contractors can count on us to meet code and design requirements on every job.
EIFS installation starts with adhering rigid foam insulation board to the wall surface, then embedding reinforcing mesh into a base coat for strength and impact resistance. Once the base coat cures, we apply a primer followed by a textured finish coat in the color and texture you choose.
